To encourage girls/ woman into choosing STEM careers and STEM subjects for A level and further on. To give them more confidence. To speak to some women in industry who work at Perkins To get more confidence as they are sometimes overshadowed as our groups are often boy heavy To look round a working factory to see what possible jobs are available to give the girls aspiration of what is possible as many don’t leave Peterborough To get more girls picking STEM subjects
